Mrs Rogers has worked across the WVP Schools Hub since 2006 as a TA, SEN TA and Office Manager, managing Mendham Primary and also the Hub finance. She is also an ADSL.
Nicola has been a member of the Mendham Primary School community for 25 years. As the Assistant Head, ADSL, EYFS Lead for WVP schools, and Seedlings class teacher, she wears many hats.
Nicola loves the family feel of Mendham, which she believes is one of the school's greatest strengths.
Jessica has 24 years of experience working in various childcare settings from newborns to 12 years. She has been a TA and HLTA at Mendham for 8 years and is also an L3 Forest school instructor and regularly takes ODL lessons at the school.
Special Educational needs coordinator (SENDCo) for the trust.
Rachael joined us after first being a parent volunteer, she works in EYFS and also qualified coach driver which is a great asset to the school.
Claire joined the school as an apprentice and is now a L3 Teaching assistant working 1:1 mainly so has lots of SEN experience.
Mrs Pearson has worked with Mendham Primary for over 30 years and although predominantly works to organise and oversee our ESC for the wrap around care offered by the school, she can also be seen at lunchtime as our Midday Supervisor.
Mrs Austin joined the team at Mendham Primary through Vertas Catering in 2019 and has enjoyed the challenge of working in the kitchen & accommodates any allergies within the school.
Miss Evans has been a part of Mendham Primary school for a number of years, Kathlyn is now part of the midday supervisory team at meal times.
Heather is an experienced Teaching assistant who works across KS1 and 2.
Mr Phil Carr is part of the Trust premises team and regularly attends the school to undertake any maintenance needs and undertake statutory safety checks.
The Consortium Trust support and actively promote Trade Union and Professional Body membership with our staff. We see effective and collaborative partnership working between the Trust Leadership and Management and recognised bodies as essential to the successful operation of our schools and establishments but does not currently have any paid Trade Union representatives within our Staff.
Consortium recognises all six of the Teaching Unions including the new National Education Union (NUT/ATL) along with Unison and the GMB. The Trust and the recognised Trade Unions have agreed to set up a JCC (Joint Consultative Committee); please view the Terms of Reference below.
